Orange CAF Orange Kenya Finally Launches Unlimited Data Bundles

Orange has finally launched unlimited internet bundles for its mobile and 3G broadband customers.

The newly launched bundles will see Orange mobile customers enjoy unlimited internet for as low as Ksh 39 daily, Ksh 249 weekly and KSh 990 monthly while the Orange Internet Everywhere 3G modem customers will access unlimited internet for Ksh 990 and Ksh 2990 on a weekly and monthly basis respectively.

The new mobile unlimited internet bundles can be purchased by dialing #123# while the broadband bundles can be purchased from the Orange portal and are subject to a fair user policy.

Orange Internet Everywhere 3G modems are available at all Orange shops and partner outlets countrywide and currently retail at Kshs 1790/-.

    How good is Orange 3G compared to Safaricom? I use the unlimited monthly scheme.

      Orange is cheaper at KSh 990 per week or KSh 2,990 per month vs Safaricom’s 1k per week and 3k per month and Airtel’s 3,250 per month.

      Safaricom has more 3G sstations countrywide than anyone but for unlimited users, your speeds are limited to 512kbps.

    Zuku is still the best and cheapest. On their 4Mbps package for example, speeds are at a constant 1MB and above streaming, 600kbps downloading (day or night) for 2K monthly.

      Zuku has no mobile data. Only residential

      We share the same thought. Having used Orange for a long time, i got fed up with the frustration. I would rather fork 3K a month for better uptime and relatively faster speeds as well as good service. Orange, it is not always about cost, data is about quality.

    I cant seem to find the monthly option when purchasing unlimited bundles.  Have been using weekly bundles at 990/= so it looks like the monthly option is cheaper.  But how to purchase it?

    ya say 39ksh for 1 day you will get 10 mb (4ksh*10= 40)at 3g internet speed but after that the speed is 6KBs
